Kasakhvladian Social Law Codes
Preamble 1 All those who are suspected of the following offences are to be suspected guilty until proven otherwise by a court of law. 2 All persons suspected of comitting a felony in Kasakhvladian borders will be allowed the right to a fair and free trial, as per the constitution.
Criminal Acts and Offences
1 Acts considered as criminal are covered by this law and are also partly covered under the constitution. 2 The punishments for these offenses shall be decided upon solely by a court judgement. 3 These offenses are range in severity from petty to very severe. The punishments for these offences will range from minor to severe in accordance with the severity of the case.
Criminal Damage 1 Criminal damage is defined as malicious and targeted damage of personal property owned either by an individual, local government or central government by one or more persons. 2 Accidental damage of either individual or goverrnment property by an individual would not be classed as criminal damage depending on whether the accident was the fault of the person who damaged the item(s). Whether or not damage was accidental would have to be decided on by investigation into the matter. 3 Acidental damage of an individuals own property, or property of another individual which they have borrowed, would not classify as criminal damage. 4 Damage to another individuals property which has been stolen by that individual or a group of individuals would classify as a count of both criminal damage and burgalry.
5.1 All individuals accussed of criminal damage may be tried in court. The punishment for the offence would not be severe, unless the circumstances were exceptional, the item(s) damaged were of exceptional value, or the methods used to damage the item(s) were exceptional. 5.2 The value of the item(s) either damaged or destroyed must be repayed to the rightful owner of the item(s). 5.3Should an item have been damaged accidentaly, an investigation must decide whether the accident was the fault of the person it happened to. Should the person be blamed for causing the accident, either themselves or their families will be ordered to pay for the item(s) damaged. Should the individual not have been at fault for the accident, no repayment will be required.
Burgalry 1 Burgalry shall be known as the malicious removing of an item or items which are not the property of the individual(s) who is/are removing them. 2 Burgalry offences may be minor offences or major offences, depending on the value of the item(s) taken, with the punishments reflecting this. 3 All those accussed of Burgalry may be tried. Should they be found guilty they must either return the item(s) taken or pay back the value of the item(s).
Unlawful Killing 1 Killing of any human beings is illegal inside Kasakhvladian borders, whether it be accidental or not. The only exception to this is if the person who was killed was presenting a threat such as brandishing a weapon at the person who comitted the killing, so long as the person who comitted the killing was a member of the police force or the armed forces. 2 All those found guilty of Unlawful Killing shall be given trial. If found guilty, they shall be sentenced to excecution, with the method reflecting the severity of the crime. 3 Those who kill animals may be given a sentence of up to 15 years in prison, providing that the animal was not their own and they were not ordered to by any official government departments for the purposes of controlling diseases.
Sexual Offences 1 All sexual offenders will be placed upon the sex offenders register. 2 The age of consent in the Winterian Republic of Kasakhvlad is 16 years of age. 3 Sexual offences may be divided up into two main categories: Sexual offences against women Sexual offences against the underaged 4 Sexual offences against women are classed as all sexual acts which the woman in question did not consent to, just as sexual offences against men are. These offences can carry a maximum punishment of 30 years in prison if found guilty in a court of law. 5 Sexual offences against the underaged are classed as all sexual acts carried out against underaged persons. These offences carry a maximum imprisonment of 100 years if found guilty in a court of law.
Posession of a Firearm 1 As per the constitution, the private posession of firearms is prohibited, except for those types of firearm which are provided for in the constitution. 2 Posession of an illegal firearm could constitute a maximum sentence of 20 year imprisonment.

Kasakhvladian Travel Law Codes
International Travel Law 1 All citizens of Kasakhvlad wishing to travel outside the nation must produce a valid passport from any nation. Those who are not citizens must produce a valid passport from any nation. 2 Those wishing to enter Kasakhvlad must produce a valid passport from any nation.
Restraints on Individual Companies 1 All companies who operate aircraft, road going vehicles or boats into or out of the WRK must have their vehicles checked to ensure they meet safety requirements and must have their operators certified by the Department Of Travel as being able to operate the vehicle in question. 2 The deliberate overbooking of flights, ships, cars or busses going out of the WRK is illegal.
Law of the Road 1 All drivers must abide by the law of the road, no matter what the vehicle or circumstance 2 All drivers must pass a driving test and gain a driving lisence from the Department of Travel, certifying that they are safe to drive and operate a vehicle. This test can be taken from the age of 17 years and upwards. 3 Driving offences will be awarded 'points'. A licence can carry a maximum of 20 'points' before it is revoked. Minor offences will be awarded less points and major offences can result in the licence immediately being revoked. 4 All motorists must be insured before driving on roads.
Road Laws 1 All drivers must abide by the set speed limit (in Miles Per Hour, unless specified otherwise), unless they are driving a vehicle of the emergency services who are attending an incident or a vehicle of the armed forces. 2 All motorists must give way to emergency services vehicles. 3 All motorists must drive on the right hand side of the road whilst within the winterian Republic of Kasakhvlad. 4 All motorists must stop at a traffic light when it is on red and must remain stopped whilst the light is going through amber. Motorists may go when the light turns green.
Driving Offences 1 Driving offences can range from minor offences to major offences. 2 The following are minor offences and the subsequent amount of 'points' added to a driving licence: Exceeding the speed limit - 4 'points' Continuing through a red traffic light - 4 'points' (unless it ends in an accident)
3 The following are major offences and the subsequent amount of 'points' added to the licence: Causing an accident through reckless driving - 15 'points' (unless the accident is fatal, in which case the licence is revoked)

Kasakhvladian Human Rights Law
Human Rights Law 1 The governmnent agrees to give citizens full human rights, and hereby promises never to opress their citizens in any way, as per the constitution of the Winterian Republic of Kasakhvlad. 2 The citizen has the right to say what they believe, whether or not it is controversial, has the right to believe in whatever religion they wish and has the right to chose their own career, as long as they do not attempt to undermine the fabric of the state and/or overthrow the government and/or Federal Council of the Winterian Republic of Kasakhvlad. 3 In return the citizen accepts the rule of the Federal Council and the Kasakh Republic, including the Kasakhvladian Dictatorate.
