This is an official treaty ratified by the Governments of the Winterian Republic of Kasakhvlad and {Your Nation}
Article 1
The parties will respect the sovereignty and land claims of states. Their shall be a state of mutual recognition and friendship between the Winterian Republic of Kasakhvlad and {Your Nation}, signifying that they both aim to promote peaceful relations between each other.
Article 2
An embassy will be created by both signatories of the treaty, signifying that they both hold respect for each others sovreignty and will not interfere in either's government system.
Article 3
Either party may withdraw from the treaty given their is a 10 day notification, and can be proved by a government official with an official note from the head of state. Should one signatory attac the other by military means, the treaty will be annulled.
Article 4
The signatory parties shall respect official government envoys, the culture history and integrity of each other. Neither nation shall resort to espionage as a way to either destabilise the government of, spread propoganda about, or gather intelligence on, the other.
Article 5
The signatory Nations shall recognize any titles and other honors granted by their respective Leaders to their citizens and to other persons, and vice versa.
Article 6
This Treaty may only be amended, revised, enlarged and expanded upon the agreement and ratification of both signatory nations. Any contrary action or measure shall not be valid unless specified otherwise by both signatories.
